CDA works closely with its clients in all stages of the civil recovery program, from inception to ongoing recovery and follow-up. We have even assisted our clients with their company-wide rollouts.
All of our clients have an account representative assigned to assist them in any area. Our goal is to constantly improve the level of support we provide.
We also provide a secure reporting service where clients can retrieve their month end reports and submit case files for processing. This is available over the World Wide Web via a secured site and login.
Strong Legal Backing
CDA’s attorneys help resolve legal matters that can arise, such as dealing with an opposing counsel. We have also worked with prosecutors and attorney general in many states regarding civil recovery laws.
