CDA Names Frank Luciano as President & CEO
Van Nuys, CA, 5/31/07 - Civil Demand Associates' Board of Directors has named Frank Luciano President & Chief Executive Officer.
"Frank brings over 15 years of experience serving the loss prevention industry, and has been instrumental as the Executive Vice President of Marketing in positioning CDA as the leading civil recovery agency. We look forward to Frank's continued leadership, and congratulate him on his new position," said the Board in a joint statement.
Reporting to Frank is Neal C. Tenen, Attorney; Lou Houlemarde, Chief Operating Officer; William E. Martin, Chief Financial Officer. George Luciano continues his role on the Board as an active director and advisor.

Civil Demand Associates Completes Move to an Expanded Facility
Van Nuys, CA, 4/27/07 - To maintain its continued growth and leadership position in the outsourced civil recovery industry, Civil Demand Associates announced it has completed its move to a larger facility.
“Our new building will allow us to expand operations, and it also gives Frank and his team more elbow room to expand client services. We really needed the extra space and our associates are all very excited” said Lou Houlemarde, Chief Operating Officer at CDA. According to Lou, the facility also includes a secure data center and enhanced network and telecom facilities.
